Chocolate Mold Making Workshop | February 7th

Make a custom sweet treat for your valentine, friends or side hustle with this chocolate mold making workshop!

Learn to make custom-shaped chocolates at Shop3d.ca's Chocolate Mold Making Workshop. We'll be creating vacuum formed molds using the Mayku Desktop Vacuum Former.

  • Step 1: Use a knife to carve potatoes to create custom shapes. (Don't worry if you don't feel artistic, we'll also have existing shapes and letters available to use.)
  • Step 2: Use the vacuum former to heat plastic and create a mold.
  • Step 3: We'll show you how to temper chocolate, and let you make your own delicious chocolate creations!

Participants will get to keep their molds and any chocolates they made.

Vacuum formed molds can be used for more than just chocolates: create soaps, bath bombs, plaster planters, and even packaging!
