CMTS 2017 Recap

This years CMTS (Canadian Manufacturing Technology Show) at the International Center was truly an eye opening experience for Shop3D.ca.  It was our inaugural exhibition and was co-marketed with our good friends at Ultimaker.

Ultimaker Booth

A lot of big players were there in the additive manufacturing industry but our incredibly reliable and affordable Ultimaker printers proved to be of huge interest to an industry where the relatively low adoption cost of implementing 3D printing was strong.

Dissolving PVA Supports

We demonstrated how small and complex geometry can be printed with water-soluable support with live support dissolving at at our booth.  Sample prints of the full range of Ultimaker's materials were on display from ABS to Nylon to Polypropylene and TPU.  And you also can't ignore the massive 4ft Max Robot printed with our Ultimaker's over at the SEW Eurodrive booth.

We're very happy to have met all of you who have visited us (especially our existing customers who came to say hi) and would welcome you all to come visit our showroom to talk about your 3D Printing needs in more detail on the capabilities and print quality of our Ultimaker line of 3D Printers.  Just 10 minutes away from the International Center, our showroom is just a step away from being your resource for the best desktop 3D Printing in Canada.

If you missed us this year, don't worry, we'll be back for the next CMTS show ion 2019!
