Service Disruption: Relocating Our Headquarters from Brampton to Mississauga

August 23, 2019

Service Disruption: Relocating Our Headquarters from Brampton to Mississauga - Shop3D.ca

With your support over the last four years, we've outgrown our humble Brampton based headquarters. Our new location has been customized to create a feature-rich experience for our customers. This means more stock, more printers, and a bigger showroom. We aspire to provide the modern 3D printing experience our customers are looking for.

We are excited to announce that we will be relocating our headquarters to Mississauga in September 2019.

Our targeted moving week will be from Sept 2 to Sept 11th. During this period, some services may be delayed or disrupted during that time.

Our Brampton Showroom will be closed From Sept 1st onwards.

  • No pickups or appointments in-store (Brampton) will be available after August 30th. Pickups and appointments will resume in Mississauga on September 12th

  • Online orders will ship daily without disruption until Sept 5th, with a delay or disruption expected shipping from Sept 6th and Sept 9th.

  • Telephone and email inquiries will be active with a possible slight delay from GTA location. Our Primary Telephone number will change after Sept 5th.

  • Our new showroom will be located at: 120 Watline Ave. Units #2-3, Mississauga, ON L4Z 2E2 (View on Maps)

All operations in our Vancouver Store and our Toronto Pop-Up Store (on Wednesdays) will be unaffected.

We apologize for any disruptions in advance and are looking forward to serving you in our new custom-designed showroom and facility.

If you have any questions about the move, you can contact us through e-mail, phone or webchat.
