There are different discounts for each type and brand of product. Please contact us for details, or create a cart of the products you wish to order and select "request a quote." A sales agent will reach out with a revised quote with educational discounts.

Yes, all of our printers, lasers and equipment have certifications accepted by the CSA, ESA, etc. We can provide a definitive confirmation of the particular product you are inquiring about or a picture of the accepted label of the unit type you wish to purchase as requested.

No, in addition to the power block having acceptable electrical markings, the printer themselves are required to have the proper electrical markings. All of our printers and power blocks are certified so you can purchase with certainty that all products are ESA compliant. If you have any specific questions or worries, please reach out to our Tech team.

This depends on the material being used. We usually recommend PLA which runs at a lower temperature and produces lower emissions. For increased safety, there are printers with full enclosures and HEPA/EPA filters to reduce the emissions even further. If your institution is concerned about your staff and student's safety regarding fumes or emissions, please reach out to us. We will help you find an appropriate solution. We also carry an array of VOC filters and enclosures.

This is not a one sized fits all answer. It will depend on your budget, safety requirements and also specific application. Most in stock printers and materials ship same or next day and we list our live stock feed on our online shop. If you have a deadline for receiving, reach out to us so we can check to make sure it arrives on time.

Our printer brands come with a standard 1 year warranty from the manufacturer unless otherwise specified. Our Certified techs are available by phone, email and chat to assist you with any issues you might come across in east and west coast.
