To ensure that you have the best printing experience possible with your new 3D printer, we have customized an on-boarding one-on-one training session with a certified Shop3D.ca tech.

In order to deliver top quality service, Shop3D.ca also offers an Ultimaker Training Session. This training session will go over a range of topics to get you acclimated to your Ultimaker Ecosystem and will cover topics such as:

• Overview of your Ultimaker
• Loading/changing of filament
• Bed leveling process
• Basic maintenance tasks
• Installing and removing printer nozzles/cores (specific to your 3D printer)
• Introduction to slicing 3D objects in Cura
• Opportunity for Q&A

We are confident that once you are through the training session, that you'll be more confident in navigating your Ultimaker.

While we always recommend visiting us in our showroom (located in Brampton, Ontario) for your training session, we also understand that sometimes that might not be possible, which is why we also offer the training session remotely via our Skype station. (Skype or Google Hangouts is required for this live session)
