These materials are great for detailed prototypes, opaque parts that require painting or finishing, and optically transparent features.

What's Included

Clear Resin (Current Version V4) polishes to near optical transparency, making it ideal for working with light or showcasing internal features.
White Resin (Current Version V4) captures smooth surfaces and details, making it great for presentation-ready pieces or as a base for painted prints.
Grey Resin (Current Version V4) is perfect for general purpose prototyping and design, excellent for capturing small details.
Black Resin (Current Version V4) is formulated for models with very small features and intricate details.
Draft Resin V2 (Current Version V2) prints up to four times faster than Formlabs standard materials, making it ideal for initial prototypes and rapid iterations to help bring products to market faster.

Overview

This Explorer Pack features Black, White, Grey, and Clear Resins, as well as our Draft V2 Resin. Draft Resin was developed by Formlabs, specifically to balance speed with prototyping accuracy needs. Draft Resin is great for same day design iterations, jig and fixture prototyping, and quickly printing large parts.

Formlabs Standard Resins come in a resealable and refillable 1 Litre Cartridge.
Resins should be handled in accordance with Formlabs protocols.

A new resin tank should be used per Resin colour/type for your Form 2.
Never mix the use of resin colours or types with a resin tank.
