Last year in 2019, we opened 2 new showrooms in Vancouver and Mississauga, moving away from our Brampton location. This year in 2020, we're launching a new digital storefront that better showcases all the services and support available to our customers.
Over the past 4 years, we've been able to add thousands of new products and skus to our webshop, the organization of our digital store has always been geared for speed and ease of access. It seems like we've done a fairly good job of keeping that philosophy. The more successful we got at providing that streamlined experience the more it amplified an unintended side effect.
Customers started asking us if we had a showroom and if we provided after purchase and auxiliary services one the phone. That's when we knew that we weren't doing a good enough job of portraying who we are on our website considering we are one of the most service oriented 3D Printing companies around with a wide spread of available services.
So we've redone the home page of our website as we formalize our service offerings to better showcase what you can't find on our webshop. Our incredible showrooms and demos, all our support and service offerings and resources important to you. This launch will be ongoing as we add more and more helpful resources to our site but never slow you down when you want to order supplies. Over the next few months, we'll be add more resources and available services including a higher tier service available called Shop3D Select which will be rolled out to Education, Government and Large Enterprises.
