Two Independent Direct Drive Print Heads

3 Different Available Print Modes

Normal Mode - Print with one nozzle for single extrusion jobs or print in two colours or two materials at once by utilizing the independent head system.

Flexible Buildplate for Raise3D E2

Duplication / Mirror Mode - Print using both print heads at the same time to cut down print production print time by 2. Load in two of the same filament into both print heads to take advantage of this mode. Both print heads will be doing the exact same thing on the left and right side of the bed. It is similar to having two printers in one.

    Important Notice from Raise3D - Build Volume

    The Manufacturer, Raise3D has just informed us that there is an issue with the first delivery of E2 machines causing changes in the E2 build volume.

    The current models in circulation can achieve the following build volumes (all units are in millimetres):

    For single extruder mode: X330*Y224*Z228

    For dual extruder mode: X295*Y224*Z228

    The advertised build volume of this machine is 330 x 240 x 240 in single extrusion mode and 295 x 240 x 240 in dual extrusion mode. As you can see, the Y and Z maximum build dimensions do not match the original numbers.

    The Y axis build volume reduction is due to incorrect camera height that can be adjusted by 3D printing a part to relocate the camera. This will restore the Y build volume to the promised 240mm.

    The Z dimension currently can’t be corrected to the promised 240mm on these first batch units.
