Clogged Ultimaker BB Core Cleaning | Shop3D.ca

Instructional video on how to clear an Ultimaker BB Core clog, in worst case scenarios where a needle is required to clear the clog before running a cold pull.

Steps:

1.Under ‘maintenance’ menu select “Printcore Cleaning”

2. Follow instructions on screen.

3. Insert cleaning filament and apply pressure. Performing both cold and hot pulls. You will see no extrusion if your BB core is severely clogged.

4. Insert a cleaning needle into the nozzle to remove the blockage and repeat steps 1-3.

5. Follow steps until extrusion is clear and pull is good.
