High-performance, water-soluble support filament–500g spool. Stable at chamber temperatures up to 120ºC.
- Weight: 500g.
- Dimensions: 13 × 12 × 4 cm
- Diameter: 1.75mm / 2.85mm
- Extruder temperature: 220-245ºC
- Build plate temperature: Up to RT-130ºC
- Chamber temperature: 80-120ºC
- Drying recommendations to ensure printability = 60 °C in a hot air dryer or vacuum oven for 4 to 16 hours
- Density 1138 kg/m3 / 71.0 lb/ft3
- Glass Transition Temperature = 69 °C / 156 °F
- Crystallization Temperature = 122 °C / 252 °F
- Melting Temperature = 175 °C / 347 °F
- Melt Volume Rate = 11.4 cm3 /10 min / 0.7 in3 /10 min (210 °C, 2.16 kg)
Pathway Temperature: Keep the filament below 80°C prior to extrusion. Material that sits idle at temperatures of 80°C or above for extended periods of time prior to extrusion will not extrude properly. Nozzle temperature: 230-245°C
Build Plate Requirements: AquaSys filaments will adhere to a wide range of build plate materials. If poor adhesion is persistent, increase the temperature of the build plate, but not past the maximum build plate temperature of 120°C.
Adhesives: Glue is not necessary if you use a raft made out of AquaSys 120. Follow your printer model’s material guidelines when printing a raft with another material.
FFF 3D printing material. Pair AquaSys 120 with any of the following: ABS, PC/ABS, Nylon, TPU, CPE, PC, and PP.
