Performance ratings are intended as a general comparison guide. Refer to the Technical Data Sheet (TDS) for detailed specifications and certified values.
Matter3D Carbon Fiber PETG 1.75mm Filament (1KG) combines the durability and easy printability of PETG with the enhanced stiffness and dimensional stability of high-modulus carbon fiber reinforcement. Designed for functional parts requiring improved rigidity, reduced warping, and excellent surface quality, this composite filament delivers reliable mechanical performance while remaining easier to print than many engineering materials. Matter3D Carbon Fiber PETG is ideal for precision components, prototypes, and structural parts where strength, accuracy, and a premium finish are important.
Applications
  • Functional prototypes
  • Mechanical components
  • Jigs, fixtures, and manufacturing aids
  • Outdoor enclosures and housings
  • Automotive brackets and mounts
  • RC and robotics components
  • Larger-format prints requiring stability
  • CF grades: high-stiffness parts, structural brackets, precision components
  • Matte PETG: aesthetic housings, decorative parts, and applications requiring low-gloss finish

Performance PETg HF - Carbon Fiber Bambu AMS Compatible

Matter3D PETG delivers reliable performance for functional, dimensionally stable parts. Using premium US-made resin as the base, our PETG family includes premium Matte and Carbon-Fiber variants designed for improved stiffness, surface quality, and heat resistance. Fully compounded and extruded in-house for consistent printability and mechanical performance.

Key Features

  • Matter3D PETG is engineered for users who need dependable mechanical performance, excellent layer adhesion, and a wide process window. Built on premium US-made PETg resin and compounded in our Victoria manufacturing facility, our PETG line covers everything from high-clarity neat PETG to premium Matte and Carbon-Fiber grades.PETG offers higher toughness and better temperature stability than PLA while remaining easy to print and highly reliable for larger functional parts. Our formulations are tuned for smooth extrusion, consistent viscosity, and polished print surfaces across all open-material printers.Matter3D PETG offers excellent chemical resistance to a wide range of substances, including diluted acids, bases, salts, and alcohols. This makes it a strong choice for components exposed to cleaners, coolants, and everyday industrial environments. PETG maintains its toughness and dimensional stability when in contact with most household and workshop chemicals, outperforming PLA in real-world durability.

Print Settings

General Print Settings for Matter3D PETg

  • Nozzle Temperature: 235–260 °C
  • Bed Temperature: 75–90 °C
  • Cooling: 30–50% (lower for stronger parts, higher for cleaner surfaces)
  • Drying: 65 °C for 4–6 hours when exposed to moisture
  • Print Speed: 50–100 mm/s (CF grades preferred 40–70 mm/s)
  • Retraction: 0.6–1.2 mm @ 25–40 mm/s

Notes:

  • PETG adheres strongly to build plates—use glue stick or smooth PEI to avoid damage.
  • CF PETG requires hardened nozzles.
  • Matte PETG prefers slightly lower cooling to maintain surface finish.

Technical Specifications

  • Tensile Strength: 10%: 55-65 MPa; 15%: 60-70 MPa
  • Impact Strength: 10%: 10 J/m; 15%: 15 J/m
  • Heat Deflection Temp (HDT): 75-80 °C
