Ultimaker TPU 95A (Flexible)
Highly versatile for industrial applications, TPU 95A (thermoplastic polyurethane) filament is the go-to choice for a wide array of manufacturing projects that demand the qualities of both rubber and plastic. Designed for 3D printing consistency, TPU 95A is a semi-flexible and chemical resistant filament with strong layer bonding. In addition, it is easier and faster to print than other TPU filaments.
ULTIMAKER TPU 95A: WEAR AND TEAR RESISTANT
Ultimaker TPU 95A is an easy and fast to print filament with a nice balance of flexibility, wear and tear resistance, as well as a good resistance to many industrial chemicals and oils. When combined with the Cura’s material profiles, even complex mechanical parts, tools, and fixtures are printed with ease.

The wait is over for a proper flexible filament for bowden tube printers. TPU95A is THE BEST flexible material we've tested on Bowden style printers such as the Ultimaker. It is the most flexible material while requiring the least amount of adjustment and calibration. (there are other materials out there that are MORE flexible, but require a lot more effort on the users part) However we think this is at a perfect sweet spot.
In our testing, our parts came out extremely tough to break unlike some other brands that break along the layers, yet also being very flexible at the same time. We had little troubles feeding it into the bowden tube but you may want to do it manually.
