Bambu Lab X1-Carbon Preventative Maintenance Service

Preventative maintenance services requires the printer to be dropped off or shipped safely to our facility. Shipping/Transport costs (inbound and return) and shipping insurance are the responsibility of the user. Shop3D is not responsible for transport damage. On Site service may be available if conditions allow for a successful on site maintenance. Travel costs are extra and quoted dependant on location and complexity.

Bambu Lab X1C YEARLY MAINTENANCE INCLUDES:

Shop3D's PMP is designed for busy professionals, educational institutions and engineering facilities that want to get ahead of costly repairs due to preventable wear and tear. This is not intended to be an extended warranty but rather a comprehensive cleaning and tune-up for your Bambu Lab X1C 3D printer to keep it in tip top printing condition year after year.

Diagnostics / evaluation of the condition of the printer.
Installation of replacement parts.
Cleaning/Lubrication of motion system
Hot End Cleaning

Build Surface sheet replacement, (Smooth High Temp or Cool plate)
Nozzle wiper
Activated Carbon Air Filter
Desiccant
0.4mm x1 series hotend assembly
X1 series, PTFE tubes

Extras:

Should the inspection find additional parts or labour are needed: Labour is covered up to $150 .
Parts that are not listed above are extra: 10% off parts costs not covered above.
