HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTICE 2021
November 15, 2021
Thank you for shopping with us at Shop3D.ca!
As the holiday season approaches, mailing and shipping companies are experiencing delays country-wide. With lead times for shipments getting longer, we recommend ordering your supplies as early as possible. Canada Post lead times for small parcels (within the GTA/Vancouver area) will go from 1-2 business days to 3-4 business days in the following weeks. If you select our "Free Shipping Flat-Rate" option, please be aware of the shipping delays for the holidays. Canada Post is currently going through a back-log of orders from November 11th and onwards.
Are there faster options to avoid the delay?
While we cannot guarantee that your items will arrive by the next day (most carriers suspend their delivery guarantee for the holiday season), here are some express options to choose from for emergency situations:
- Provide your own account and choose any provider / service
- FedEx Priority Overnight
- FedEx Standard Overnight
- FedEx 2Day
- UPS Express
- Same-Day Courier Shipping (Toronto/Vancouver area only - request a quote at: sales@shop3d.ca)
Another option for quicker shipping (not next-day) is FedEx Ground. It will arrive a 1-2 business days quicker than Canada Post. Please be aware that our "Free Shipping Flat-Rate" is done through Canada Post. If you have any further questions regarding shipping lead times, please email us here.
Happy printing!
