Refund policy
Shop3D.ca will accept refunds for unopened merchandise under the value of $500 within 15 days of purchase. Large ticket items such as 3D Printers or large quantity items that exceed the $500 limit and are unopened may be refunded at the sole discretion of Shop3D.ca staff and subject to a 15-% restocking fee. Items that exceed the $500 value and are opened will not be accepted for a refund. If you have any problems with your products, both Shop3D.ca and the support units from the manufacturers will be more than willing to work with you to resolve any technical and service issues. Any missing or damaged product must be reported to Shop3D.ca within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact support@shop3d.ca for all technical inquiries and sales@shop3d.ca for all service related inquiries.
If you would like to return a product, you must contact customer service at sales@shop3d.ca first to obtain an RMA before shipping or mailing it back to the store. Special instructions will be provided to you to for the refund. Returns which do not have an RMA will not be accepted and refused delivery. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless Shop3D.ca was responsible for an error in shipping the initial order. Shop3D.ca will not be responsible for lost merchandise if shipping insurance is not obtained by the shipper. Once the returned item has been received and inspected by a manager, a refund will be initiated within 2 business days. Allow extra time for processing by your financial institution.
