In an effort to continue to provide the best service for our customers through this uncertain time, we have set up a curbside pickup. This allows you to locally pickup at our Mississauga and Vancouver locations while maintaining safe social distancing.
How to Select Curbside Pickup
Our previous local-pickup was available on the cart page. Now, it's available during check out when choosing your shipping options. Click the "Pick Up" tab to see your local pickup options.
When Will My Order Be Ready?
You'll get an e-mail notification when your order is ready for pickup. In-stock orders should be ready for pick up within 24 hours on business days.
What Do I Need to Bring?
We ask that you bring your ID and order number.
How Do I Pickup My Order?
When you get the e-mail confirmation you can come by the shop to pickup your order.
When you get to the shop, call the number of the location to let staff know you have arrived. We will ask you for your order number. For Mississauga call 905-501-8558 and for Vancouver call 604-336-9393.
Orders will be placed in the pickup area between the glass doors.
Some orders will require you to provide ID. We may ask you to present ID to the window so we can verify your information.
