Introducing BCN3D's Sigma R19 3D Printer

October 11, 2018

The Sigma R19 offers dual extrusion with independent dual heads. This means you can print with both heads simultaneously while increasing your productivity. Print the same model with both tool-heads simultaneously and double the printing capacity in Duplication Mode or print its symmetrical part at once, increasing iteration speed and shortening design times in Mirror Mode!

Perfect for makers, prototypers and engineers looking to reduce print times while printing multiples of the same part.

IMPROVEMENTS OVER R17 SIGMA VERSION IN R19:

  • Redesigned e3D™ hotend to deliver the smoothest and most reliable extrusion with optional hotends to swap with for nozzle size.
  • Duplication or Mirror Mode to make use of both heads simultaneously
  • Bondtech™ dual drive gears resulting in a much stronger feeder performance.
  • Filament Runout Sensor to increase long print success rates
  • Redesigned full-colour touchscreen interface

MAIN FEATURED SPECS

  • Build volume of 210 x 297 x 210mm
  • Layer resolution up to 50 microns for 0.4 mm nozzle
  • Print temperature up to 290 ˚C
