Ultimaker releases Cura 3.0 and it is glorious!

October 17, 2017

Ultimaker has just announced the release of Ultimaker 3.0.

While this might seem very soon considering the release of 2.7 there are several changes that will make all of our 3D slicing lives easier.

For starters the User Interface (UI) has been streamlined.  They have implemented sliders for recommending parameters for layer height, print speed and infill.  The build plate now shows high graduations to allow for a more precise positioning of your prints and to top it off, Cura will have a faster start up time!

For a full break down of what you can look forward to with Cura 3.0, click here.
