Shop3D at DEX Expo 2022!
This year Shop3D will be in attendance at the event in Hamilton, ON on September 20th. McGill Formula Electric at the Formula SAE Electric 2022!
This year McGill once again took part in the Formula SAE Electric competition! The McGill Formula Electric is an Engineering Design team made up of motivated students united by the challenge of building a 100% electric race car to compete against Universities from around the world. UBC Solar takes part in the Formula Sun Grand Prix!
The Formula Sun Grand Prix (FSGP) and the American Solar Challenge (ASC) are collegiate-level student design competitions to design, build, test, and then drive a solar powered vehicle, providing a multi-disciplined, experiential learning opportunity. EinScan Pro 2X 2020 Vs. Photogrammetry
Photogrammetry (while able to produce decent results with just software and any camera available) still has a few flaws. There are many variables which can affect the accuracy of your scan including camera lens distortion, settings, lighting and shadows. With the EinScan Pro 2X 2020, everything is self contained within the unit. It projects it's own light and allows for the use of HDR mode to vastly simplify the setup and repeatability of your scans.
