The Bambu Lab Complete Hotend Assembly for the P1 Series is a fully assembled replacement hotend designed for fast installation and minimal downtime. It includes the nozzle, heater, thermistor, cooling fan, and wiring pre-installed, making it easy to swap nozzle sizes or replace a worn hotend without disassembling individual components. Available in multiple nozzle diameters and material options, it supports everything from fine-detail prints to high-speed production, with hardened steel variants suitable for abrasive filaments such as carbon fiber and glass fiber composites. Compatible with Bambu Lab P1P and P1S printers, it's an ideal spare for maintaining consistent print quality and reducing maintenance time.

Notes

Filaments with carbon fiber, glass fiber, metal, or other inorganic particles are prone to clog a 0.2 mm nozzle.

For filaments containing carbon fiber or glass fiber, it is highly recommended to use a hardened steel 0.6 mm nozzle to minimize the risk of clogging and abrasion.

Bambu PLA-CF and Bambu PETG-CF have been extensively tested and proven to have a low risk of clogging when printed with a hardened steel 0.4 mm nozzle, while also achieving higher print quality.
