ASA+ characteristics similar to ABS, but it offers better resistance to ultraviolet light and harsh weather conditions, with enhanced toughness, rigidity, and high impact resistance. Its excellent weatherability and mechanical properties enable it to better withstand the effects of environmental aging, making it commonly used for outdoor applications.
Under long-term sunlight exposure, it effectively resists UV radiation, preventing fading, yellowing or brittleness of prints. It maintains stable color and mechanical properties even in outdoor environments
With good impact resistance, toughness and strength. Printed parts are strong and durable
ASA+ has a high heat distortion temperature of 96.4 C. Printed parts can maintain thier shape and functionality in high-temperature environments. ASA+ also provides strong resistance to many chemicals, oils and acidic or alkaline substances
