• Form Studio 1 Warranty (included): one-year hardware warranty, email support from Formlabs experts.
• Form Studio 1 Pro Service Plan: purchased at $149 per year, extended warranty coverage, unlimited repairs for accidents like LPU damage and spills, and phone support from Formlabs experts.
• Accidental (non-defect) printer damage requiring replacement will require a $216 CAD deductible and accidental LPU damage requiring replacement will require $72 CAD deductible.
• Form Studio 1 Pro Service Plan, 3 Years: the same coverage as the annual Pro Service Plan for three years, purchased upfront at $299 CAD
