Special Notes

Wash

  • Small negative features may be difficult to fully clean due to the resin’s high viscosity. Make sure to clean your parts thoroughly before post-curing. Consider using pressurized air for better cleaning.
  • Formlabs does not recommend using Resin Washing Solution to wash parts printed in this resin.

Cure

  • Form Cure V1: Flame Retardant Resin V1 has two post-cure settings. Post-curing at 70 ℃ for 60 minutes yields an HDT of 94 ℃ at 0.45 MPa and an elongation at break of 9%. Post-curing at 80 ℃ for 120 minutes yields an HDT of 111 ℃ at 0.45 MPa and an elongation at break of 7%.
  • Form Cure V2: Place parts inside the Form Cure and pre-heat for five minutes at 100 °C with the lights off. Post-cure for 10 minutes at 100 °C.
