Printer compatibility: Nylon 11 Pro Powder is for the Fuse 1+ 30W and requires an inert (nitrogen) atmosphere and a textured recoater roller. It is not compatible with the original Fuse 1.

Formlabs Nylon 11 Pro Powder is a high-performance SLS material that combines the toughness of injection-molded engineering thermoplastics with the printability and economics of Nylon 12. With 5x the elongation at break and nearly 2x the impact resistance of Nylon 12, it produces functional parts that absorb drops, impacts and repeated handling without cracking. It runs at a 30% refresh rate, the same as Nylon 12, so one of the toughest SLS materials is also one of the most economical to run.
Thin walls, living hinges, snap-fits and fine features are far more robust than in Nylon 12, making Nylon 11 Pro well suited to rugged prototypes, jigs and fixtures, thin-walled ducts and enclosures, orthotics and prosthetics, and everyday wearables. Parts are rated for long-term skin and short-term mucosal membrane contact.
