Shipping/Transport costs (inbound and return) and shipping insurance are the responsibility of the user. Shop3D is not responsible for transport damage. On Site service may be available if conditions allow for a successful on site maintenance. Travel costs are extra and quoted dependant on location and complexity.

Shop3D's PMP is designed for busy professionals, educational institutions and engineering facilities that want to get ahead of costly repairs due to preventable wear and tear. This is not intended to be an extended warranty but rather a comprehensive cleaning and tune-up for your Raise3D 3D printer to keep it in tip-top printing condition year after year.

Service - Once a year, as requested by the client or scheduled by Shop3D

  • Diagnostics / evaluation of the condition of the printer.
  • Installation of replacement parts.
  • Levelling the build plate.
  • Calibrate X, Y and Z offsets.
  • Hot End Cleaning
